Fanstart Environmental Policy

Here at Fanstart Interiors we feel it is our duty to consider our impact on the environment, both during day to day office activities and on-site when we are undertaking refurbishment and fit-out projects alike.

We fully recognise the importance of recycling and reusing products wherever possible plus the importance of reducing our overall consumption of all products.

We realise we can have a major impact in helping our clients move towards more sustainability and will endeavor to provide good environmental practice throughout the design process and during the construction phase of any fit-out or refurbishment projects we undertake.

To achieve this we must work within some essential parameters:

01We must ensure that, as a minimum requirement, we undertake all operations in full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and environmental codes of practice applicable, so as to minimize pollution of any kind

02We must be continually aiming to improve our environmental performance

03We must considering environmental issues as part of our normal decision making process, along with usual project planning activities

04Develop relationships with our clients, suppliers and contractors and encourage them to consider the environmental impacts at the project design stage, and to assess, manage and adapt their practices

05We aim to involve all our employees in the development and operation of our environmental policy, and it’s objectives

06We aim to review this Environmental Policy once a year, or when there are any changes to our operations or to environmental legislation

07We will encourage and facilitate the recycling of materials and equipment removed from all offices that are refurbished by us
