Fanstart's commitment to Health and Safety in the office workplace

This statement outlines Fanstart's commitment to managing Health and Safety in the workplace and has been formulated in accordance with Section 2 of HSAW.

It is our intention to demonstrate our commitment to continuous development and improvement in relation to Health and safety within the workplace.

We will ensure the Health, Safety and Well-being of all of our employees and any other persons that may be affected by our work activities

01We will identify any hazards within the workplace and undertake risk assessments to identify robust control measures to minimise/eliminate the risk of harm, damage or loss

02We will undertake regular Tool Box talks with all of our employees and ensure open and fluent lines of communication exist

03We will ensure that all of our sites are adequately secured, that access and egress routes are not obstructed and that all relevant signage is posted, identifying any significant issues

We will ensure that all employees are Competent to undertake their work activities and are suitably and effectively trained

01We will undertake regular assessment of our employees to identify any training or development
requirements

02We will develop systems to highlight any changes in legislation to enable us to remain
compliant

03We will carry out refresher training and on the job coaching to reduce exposure to complacency
within the workforce

We will ensure that Health and Safety is always of paramount importance

01We will provide adequate resource to ensure that all of our employees and stakeholders are aware of this policy and are committed to its implementation

02We will ensure that Senior management lead by example to generate a culture of continuous improvement and actively consult employees on Health and Safety issues

03We will ensure that adequate resource is provided to monitor, audit and review Health and Safety
Procedures
