Head office interior refurbishment – Duston, Northampton

To fully refurbish 1450m2 of office space. Including; removal of all existing office partitioning, install new meeting rooms, silicone glazed conference rooms. Uplift and relay new carpet and vinyl to wet areas. Strip all walls and re hang new vinyl wall coverings. Repaint all woodwork. Repair and replace ceilings as necessary. Change all lighting to comply with new regulations. Install new skirting trunking around entire perimeter of building. Install new kitchen areas and water points.

This was a very large project with a tight timescale. The project ran on course throughout, without any problems. The timing of the project was crucial due to the fact the client was in occupation throughout the entire project. The Clients disruption was kept to a minimum, although compromises have to be made when refurbishing an occupied office – a good relationship was maintained and the project was a complete success.
